Yes, installations is currently only available for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area. 

Installation fees ranged from RM 120 – RM 300 depending on preferred method of connections. Do contact us for more details.

Yes a 2.4 GHz wifi is necessary for the remote function of the Smart Meter. 

In any case that WiFi is disconnected, the Smart Meter will continue to work in recording the electricity usage and credit deduction.

However, you won’t be able to access or control the Smart Meter when the internet is offline. The Smart Meter will reconnect immediately once the Internet goes online.

You may also opt for portable broadband with SIM card data. Can be purchased from Lazada, Shopee or telecommunications center. 

There are 3 options: 

1. Tenants pay you and you reload. 
2. Tenants reload through the APP, but there is a processing fee of RM 2.50. Money will be transferred to you in 4 days.
3. Mix and match 1 and 2 as you see fit.
